1. What payment terms do you accept?
Answer: We accept 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before the delivery. Other terms like O/A and L/C also available, we can discuss in details.
2. How do you guarantee your quality?
Answer: Firstly, quality test in every process of production. We produce most of the components by ourselves, started from cutting raw material, maching roughly in the first set, casting, forging, punching, heat treatment, finish machining, painting, assembling and finall packing, we will spot check for each step. Secondly, we collect all comments on our products from customers in time, which help improve quality all time.
3. How long about your warranty period?
Answer: Standard warranty period is 2 Years.
4. Do you do OEM or ODM orders?
Answer: Yes, we do OEM and ODM orders, just contact us before placing order.
5. How about the packaging and shipping?
Answer: Normally we do carton and foam for packaging. If you have other special requirements, please feel free to let us know.
